Everyman Physique is a coaching product operated by Jaymi Digital / Jaymi Investments LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it to deliver monthly coaching.

What we collect

• Account details you provide (name, email, password).
• Intake and check-in data needed for coaching (goals, measurements, training logs, photos/videos you upload or link, adherence notes).
• Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Basic technical logs (device/browser, IP, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use data

• Deliver meal and training packets, review check-ins, and adjust your plan.
• Process subscriptions, receipts, cancellations, and billing support.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
• Respond to your requests (including cancel / billing help).

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate the product — notably Stripe for payments and hosting/infrastructure providers. Coaches and authorized operations staff only see athlete data needed to deliver coaching. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account and coaching records while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for continuity, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data subject to billing and recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

• Update profile and intake information in your athlete account.
• Cancel your subscription anytime (billing continues through the paid period).
• Contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests at jaymi@jaymidigital.com.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Everyman Physique is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
