Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Everyman Physique (the “Service”), a coaching product operated by Jaymi Digital / Jaymi Investments LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Everyman Physique provides coach-led meal and training packets, check-ins, and plan adjustments on a monthly subscription basis. Features may vary by plan (Standard or Competitor). Existing subscribers keep the plan they purchased.

Not medical advice

Coaching is educational and performance-oriented. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified clinician before starting any nutrition or training program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or take medication. You are responsible for how you apply coaching guidance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Athlete accounts are for the named subscriber only unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at the plan rate shown at checkout.
• You may cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
• For cancel or billing help, email jaymi@jaymidigital.com.
• Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case at our discretion unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, share copyrighted packet materials publicly, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

Packets, programming, branding, and site content remain our property (or our licensors’). Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use materials for your own training — not to resell or redistribute.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for results you achieve (or do not achieve) from following coaching. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
